NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Freshman forward Terence Thompson (Rochester, N.Y.) was chosen as the CACC Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week, the league announced. 

Thompson collected 22 rebounds and four blocked shots against Goldey-Beacom on Tuesday, contributing 10 points for his first career double-double. 

He followed up with five rebounds and nine points vs. STAC on Sunday. 

He and the Cougars visit Felician on Wednesday in their next action.
