Courtney Grundhauser (Easton, Pa.) and freshman
Jessica Klein (Trevose, Pa.) earned Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference weekly honors. Grundhauser earned CACC Softball Player of the Week honors for the second time this season, while Klein was named the CACC Softball Rookie of the Week. Senior
Mariah Culver (Owego, N.Y.) was selected to the weekly honor roll.

Grundhauser batted .417 for the week to help the Cougars post a 7-1 record for the week. She scored six runs and posted three doubles, one triple, two homeruns and 10 RBI, while stealing four bases. Grundhauser went 3-for-5 with two doubles and two RBI in a split with Dominican College. She ended the week by going 5-for-9 in a sweep over Holy Family University with one double, two homeruns and six RBI.

Klein batted .462 for the week with eight runs scored, two doubles, one triple, four RBI and seven stole bases. She went 3-for-8 in a sweep against Bloomfield College with three runs scored, one double, one triple and one RBI. Klein added a 4-for-6 day against Dominican with one run and three steals. She capped her week, going 4-for-7 against Holy Family with four runs scored, one double, two RBI and three stolen bases. Â

Culver posted a 2-1 record with a 1.53 ERA with 18 strikeouts in 18 1/3 innings pitched. She earned the win against Bloomfield, tossing a one-hit shutout with six strikeouts. Culver pitched 5 1/3 innings, earning the win over Holy Family, allowing two runs on five hits with six strikeouts.

The Cougars return to the field as they travel to Southern Connecticut State University on Tuesday, April 19 for a non-conference doubleheader at 2 pm.
