NEW HAVEN, Conn.- Caldwell University men's tennis senior
Maximilian Ziegler (Erfurt, Germany) along with sophomore
James Bojko (Bayville, N.J.) were named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Men's Tennis All-Academic Team.
Ziegler is now a three-time CACC All-Academic team honoree with a 3.90 GPA as a Business Administration major. He was also named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Men's At-Large Team for a second straight season. Ziegler posted four wins at #1 singles this season and won five matches at #1 doubles. He has a career record of 26-21 in singles play with 11 wins at #1 singles and an 8-1 record at #3 singles, Ziegler owes a 22-24 career mark in doubles play with 20 wins coming at #1
Bojko posted three wins in singles play this season as he competed mostly at the #4 spot. He added two wins in doubles play, splitting between #2 and #3 doubles. Bojko currently has a 3.52 GPA as a Health Science major.
A total of 10 men's tennis players among the conference schools were named to the All-Academic Team, which requires a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or higher to receive the honor.
