WEST ISLIP, N.Y. - The Caldwell College men's tennis team fell to Dowling College, 8-1 in a non-conference dual at St. John's the Baptist High School Monday night. The loss drops the Cougars to 1-6 overall, while the Lions improve to 5-3.

Freshman Steve Petrosino (Toms River, NJ/Toms River South) earned Caldwell's only point of the evening, winning at sixth singles over Adam Kliti, 6-2, 6-4.

The Cougars host seventh-ranked Concordia College in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference dual on Tuesday, Apr. 3. The first matches start at 3:30 p.m. at the Caldwell College Tennis Courts.
