CALDWELL, N.J. - The Caldwell College men's tennis team lost a dual to Mercy College, 7-2 Wednesday afternoon at the Caldwell Tennis Courts. With the loss, the Cougars fall to 2-5 on the year, while the Flyers extend their winning streak to four to improve to 9-1.
Mercy won all five contested singles matches in straight sets, and picked up two victories in doubles. Caldwell received points due to walk-overs at third doubles and sixth singles.
The Cougars are back in action on Tuesday, Apr. 18, when they host East Stroudsburg University at 3:30 p.m. at the Caldwell Tennis Courts.
