Piper Fitzmaurice (Middletown, N.J.) were the highlights as Caldwell Acrobatics & Tumbling surpassed the 200 point mark for the fifth straight time, but fell for the first time this year by a 236.7-208.086 count to host LIU Brooklyn.
Caldwell (4-1) showed exceptional form in the compulsories, rolling out 8.3 in the Acro, 9.4 in the pyramid and 9.15 in the Toss to begin the meet. It was the Compulsory Pyramid team of freshman

In addition to Fitzmaurice's six element performance, two other tumblers stood out: Vereen's Aerial pulled a 7.9 and Riggio's Open grabbed a 7.45.
In all, the Cougars secured seven scores of 8.0 and higher in the meet.
The Cougars conclude the season, which has seen them break the school record for wins as well as highest average score and single meet high score at Georgian Court on Thursday, April 10, for the inaugural CACC Cup.Â
