Box Score LAKEWOOD, N.J. -- Senior attackman Jason Staudte (Sound Beach, N.Y.) and senior midfielder Jayden Paladino (Hawthorne, N.J.) had two goals each and soph attacker Gavin Starr (Montgomery, N.Y.) netted two, as Caldwell Men's Lacrosse fell, 22-8, to Georgian Court at GCU Track and Field Stadium in CACC action on Saturday.

Paladino and Staudte both scored unassisted markers in the first eight minutes of the game for a 2-2 tie. GCU (5-4, 2-0 CACC) held the Cougars scoreless into the third, when Staudte scored at 3:39. 

Caldwell (1-4, 1-1) finished with a flourish, finding the back of the net five times in the fourth, including foru straight goals in the final nine minutes.

Senior goalkeeper Shane Murphy (Middletown, N.J.) made 12 saves.

The Cougars return home on Wednesday, taking on St. Thomas Aquinas at 4 p.m at Essex Valley Field.
