CALDWELL, N.J. -- Eight Caldwell University seniors played in their final home game as men's lacrosse celebrated Senior Day at Kiwanis Oval on Saturday morning. Visiting Holy Family claimed a 28-9 victory but several Cougars fourth-years contributed to the squad's efforts.

Zakkery Glatfelter (New Oxford, Pa.) notched three goals and added and assist and seven ground balls, attack
Gavin Starr (Montgomery, N.Y.) had a goal and an assist, defender
Sammy Ahmad (Clifton, N.J.) nabbed three grounders, midfielder
Kole Levy (Manahawkin, N.J.) recovered four ground balls and cause a turnover and goalkeeper
Edwin Himmel-Maines (Delta, Pa.) secured his 300th career save among 16 stops on the day.

Kevin Campen (Hasbrouck Heights, N.J.) were honored in a pre-game ceremony.
Caldwell was strong early, scoring two of the game's first three goals in the first five minutes as junior midfielder
Evan Uriguen (Pompton Lakes, N.J.) and Glatfelter tallied unassisted markers for the early CU lead.
After the Tigers (7-5, 4-3 CACC) went ahead, 5-2, another Glatfelter score made it 5-3 after the first quarter. CU would score two goals in a four-minute span midway through the second to trail, 9-5, but HFU would finish the half on an 8-1 run to take a commanding 17-6 lead at halftime.
Junior defender
James McCarthy (Middletown, N.J.) collected a career-high 14 ground balls and added three caused turnovers. He leads the CACC in both categories, registering 7.60 gb/game and 2.80 ct/contest.
Caldwell wraps up the 2026 season at Georgian Court on Wednesday in Lakewood, N.J.
