LAKEWOOD, N.J. -- Caldwell University Acrobatics & Tumbling scored 8.0 or better in six different heats, compiling 183.190 points in a tri-meet at Georgian Court's Wellness Center Arena on Wednesday.

The Cougars (2-1) finished ahead of host GCU (172.785 points) and behind LIU, which scored 256.67

Some of the top performances by the Cougars included an 8.550 in the tumbling duo by senior Eliah Cardone (Bristow, Va.) and soph Piper Fitzmaurice (Middletown, N.J.), 8.175 on the Aerial pass by soph Jill Riggio (East Windsor, N.J.) and 8.50 on the Pyramid by soph Isabella Garcia (South River, N.J.), freshman Janise Jackson-McEachin (East Orange, N.J.), Cardone, freshman Jahnessa Morales (Hamburg, N.J.), freshman Alexa Bayne (Kingwood Twp., N.J.), freshman Mariana Aiello (Concord, Calif.), Riggio and soph Kaytence Vining (Latham, N.Y).

The Cougars host Buffalo State next Wednesday, March 27 at the Newman Center.
