CALDWELL, N.J. -- Caldwell women's soccer head coach Sammy Adjei today announced the squad's 17-game 2023 regular season schedule, opening at the Post University Classic in Waterbury, Conn. vs. Pace on August 31. Adjei is in his first season at Caldwell and fourth year in the CACC after having served as head coach at league rival Bloomfield College the past three years.

In addition to home games against CACC rivals Chestnut Hill (Sept. 23), Felician (Sept. 27), Dominican (Oct. 3), Wilmington (Oct. 22) and Bridgeport (Oct. 25), the Cougars will host non-league opponent Lincoln (Sept. 8) on its six-game home slate. 

The Cougars also visit CACC foes Bloomfield (Sept. 19), Holy Family (Sept. 30), Jefferson (Oct. 7), Georgian Court (Oct. 14), Post (Oct. 17) and Goldey Beacom (Oct. 28) in addition to non-league away contests vs. Molloy (Sept. 6). Queens (Sept. 12) and AIC (Sept. 9).

The top eight teams in the CACC earn CACC Tournament berths. The #1 through #4 seeds host quarterfinal matches on Nov. 5, with those winners advancing to the semifinals and finals at a site TBD on Nov. 10 and 12. Last year, the Cougars were the No. 7 seed, upending #2 Jefferson, 2-1, before falling to #6 Chestnut Hill in PKs in the semifinals.
