Jenna Adams's team recorded its highest point total, posting a season-best 142.7 points today at East Stroudsburg.
Among the standouts for Caldwell were freshman
Mickennah Lanza (Middletown, N.J.), who scored 8.4 of 8.5 on her tumbling pass, freshman
Jill Riggio (East Windsor, N.J.), who posed an 8.25 out of 8.45 on tumbling solo pass, and the tandem of freshmen
Kaytence Vining (Latham, N.Y.) and
Isabella Garcia (South River, N.J.), recording 7.25 out of 7.5 on their duo tumbling round.
Caldwell won the Tumbling portion of the event with a score of 44.4 to 43.875, and fell fewer than two points short in Pyramid and Toss. ESU won with a total of 242.335.
The Cougars will take on ESU and Kutztown in Kutztown, Pa., on April 6 in their next action.
