MARLBORO, N.Y.- The Caldwell University women's track and field team came in fourth place as the Cougars kicked off their 2019 season at the Mount St. Mary College Invitational.
Junior
Alexandra Greaves (Huntington, N.Y.) won the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.17. Greaves took second place in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.99.
Junior
Tatiana Ifill (Union, N.J.) took third place in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.51. Junior
Megan Barreto (Howell, N.J.) finished in fifth place in the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.69.
Junior
Markiah Holmes (Passaic, N.J.) placed sixth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 29.07. Junior
Katie Iannuzzi (Bloomingdale, N.J.) finished in second place in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:33.47.
Senior
ToniAnn Convertino (North Haledon, N.J.) finished in sixth place in the discus with a distance of 26.73. Convertino placed fifth in the javelin with a distance of 22.64.
Freshman
Monica Val (Marlboro, N.J.) took seventh place in the long jump with a distance of 3.79 meters.
The Cougars are back in action Friday, April 5 and Saturday, April 6 as they will compete in the TCNJ Invitational.
