CALDWELL, N.J. -- Fifteen home dates and 33 games against CACC opponents highlight the
2026 Caldwell University Baseball schedule, as announced by second-year Head Coach
Nick Luciano.
The Cougars open the 46-game slate with a three-game series at West Virginia State on February 28 and March 2, with their home opener set for March 4 vs. Assumption at Kiwanis Oval. After beginning the season with eight non-league games, Caldwell visits CACC foe Post in a doubleheader on March 11, the first two of 33 contests against conference competition in the revamped league format that has each school playing each other three times in a split home-and-away series.
The Cougars welcome 14 other opponents to Kiwanis Oval during the season, including CACC foes Goldey-Beacom (March 14), Post (March 17), Dominican (March 19), Wilmington (March 21), Georgian Court (March 25), Holy Family (March 28), Bridgeport (April 11) , Jefferson (April 14), Felician (April 19), Chestnut Hill (April 22) and Lincoln (April 26) and non-league opponents Molloy (April 6), Queens (4/15) and Kutztown (4/21).
The top eight teams in the single table advance to the CACC Tournament, May 1-2 (campus sites) and -May 7-9 (at Municipal Stadium, Waterbury, Conn.).
Caldwell qualified for the CACC Tournament in 2025, posting a 21-28 overall and 14-22 CACC mark.
