NEW YORK -- Sophomore guard Jah'Nel Lewis (Jersey City, N.J.) has been named to the D2 East Hoops Regional Women's Basketball All-Star team, the organization announced. Lewis, a First Team All-CACC and D2CCA Second Team All-East performer, averaged a league-leading 18.2 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 2.8 rpg (8th CACC) and 1.8 steals per game (4th).

Lewis led the Cougars (17-13, 10-6 CACC) to a second place finish in the CACC North and first-round CACC Tournament victory. The 17 wins are the most for the Cougars since the 2017-18 campaign.

Lewis, also a CSC Academic All-District and CACC All-Academic team selection, scored 10 or more points in 29 of the Cougars' 30 games, including a career-high 36 vs. Bloomfield on 3/1 and 24 vs. Chestnut Hill in the CACC Tournament QF win on March 4, earning All-Tournament honors.
