CALDWELL, N.J. -- Caldwell University's men's and women's basketball teams have both earned spots games in the Central Atlantic Athletic Conference (CACC) Basketball Championship Semifinals on Saturday at the George R. Newman Center. And when the men's team, seeded #4, takes on top-seeded Post University at 12 p.m., and the third-seeded Caldwell women battle #2 Felician at 7 p.m., the first 100 Caldwell University students will be admitted FREE to each session.
The Caldwell men (15-14 overall, 12-8 CACC), won 10 of their last 11 home games and 15 of their last 2210 overall, including a CACC Tournament quarterfinal triumph over Post on Tuesday. Senior guard

The Cougars women (21-8 overall, 13-7 CACC) have won the program's most games since 2017-18, advancing to their second straight semifinal with a 53-41 victory over #6 Post on Tuesday. Senior forward
Lucy Coogan (Kilkenny, Ireland) (17.4 ppg, 7.6 rpg), junior guard
Jah'Nel Lewis (15.9 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 3.2 apg),
Neysa Aguilar (11.6 ppg, 1.7 apg) and
Brooke Corbett (5.0 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 83 steals) have been the top performers all season.
Saturday's semifinal winners will play for the Men's and Women's Basketball Championships on Sunday at 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., respectively.
