SAYREVILLE, N.J. -- Senior Eliana McNamee (Springfield, N.J.) and sophomore Dayanara Grau (Union City, N.J.) took fourth and fifth places, respectively, for Caldwell women's cross country at the Cougar Chase Invitational at Sayreville Sports Complex on Saturday.

McNamee completed the 5K course in 22:47.20 and Grau was right behind at 23:00.9 in rainy conditions.

Junior Chennaya Tschopp (Belleville, N.J.) checked in third for the Cougars and 17th overall at 27:31.9, with freshman Ria Datta (Union, N.J; next at 28:44.9 in 21t and Nicole Martignoni Mercado (Fair Lawn, N.J.) also scoring at 27th overall at 32:53.3.

The Cougars next travel to Bethlehem, Pa., for the Paul Short Invitational next Saturday.
