LANGHORNE, Pa.. -- Freshman Lizbeth Castillo (West New York, N.Y.) finished 19th, junior Dayanara Grau (Union City, N.J.) was 27th and freshman Ashley Mercado (Franklin Square, N.J.) placed 48th as the top three finishers for Caldwell women's cross country at the Highlander Invitational hosted by Cairn University on Saturday.

Caldwell took eighth of the 12 full teams competing.

Castillo completed the 6K course in 28:03.0, with Grau next at 29:34.8 and Mercado clocking in at 33:07.4.

Freshman Sahari Liger (Kearny, N.J.) was next for the Cougars in 68th (38:29.9) and Heather Obote was close behind in 77th (41:42.1).
