GWYNN OAK, Md.-- Caldwell bowling won three of four matches in Baker format at the CSU Lady Eagles Invite in Gwyn Oak, Md., on Sunday.
The Cougars opened the day with a win over Fayetteville State, then fell just 10 pins short against host Coppin State.

Lauren Marks (Parsippany, N.J.) rallied with wins in game six and seven to take a 4-3 win over the Lady Eagles. Then against Molloy, the Cougars won the last three games, including a one-pin win in the sixth for a 4-2 triumph.

The event marked the last of the fall season for Caldwell (22-17), which resumes play on Feb. 1-2 at the Griffin Baker Classic.
