PISCATAWAY, N.J. -  Freshmen Geraldy Volcy (Irvington, N.J.) (400m, 51.04) and Andrew Scopel (Green Brook, N.J.) (high jump, 1.65) had sixth-place finishes as Caldwell men's track competed at the weather-shortened Middlesex College Invite at Piscataway High School.

Other top 10 finishes for Cougars included soph Ethan Edwards (Edison, N.J.), who tied for eighth in the 100 at 11.45, immediately followed by freshman Nicolas Iacovo (Little Falls, N.J.) in 10th at 11.48, freshman Kevin Campen (Hasbrouck Heights, N.J.), who placed seventh in the shot put at 11.67m and senior Devin Males (North Arlington, N.J.), who was ninth in the long jump at 5.34m.

The Cougars next compete at the Misericordia University Invitational on Friday in Dallas, Pa.
