Rhianna Smith (Mount Olive, N.J.) and junior
Lauren Marks (Parsippany, N.J.) earned CACC First Team All-Conference honors, while the team took home the CACC Team Sportsmanship Award.
Yokobosky guided the Cougars to 36 victories this season and the fourth seed in this week's CACC Championship. He led the Cougars to a team victory the Golden Bear Invitational title in October.
Smith was a two-time CACC Bowler of the Week and earned Tournament MVP honors at the Golden Bear Invitational in October. Last season, she was selected to the East Coast Conference First Team in 2021-22. This year, Smith has posted an 18.56 baker average with 203 strikes and a 41.9% strike percentage. She added a 17.94 traditional frame average along with 114 strikes.
Marks earned All-Tournament honors at this past weekend's Northeast Roundup hosted by Wilmington University. This season, she posted an 18.80 baker average with 211 strikes and a 43.6% strike percentage. Marks recorded an 18.24 traditional frame average with 120 strikes.
The Cougars earned the CACC Team Sportsmanship Award for demonstrating outstanding class and character throughout the season.
The Cougars enter this weekend's conference championship as the #4 seed and will face #5 Felician University in the opening round on Friday, March 24 at 8:30 am. All matches this weekend will be streamed on the CACC Network.
