NEW CASTLE, Del.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team posted two wins on day two of the Wildcats D2/D3 Invitational hosted by Wilmington University and stand in fifth place with a total pinfall of 8,827.
The Cougars opened day two with a 1,014-944 loss to Daemen University but defeated Holy Family University 954-622. Caldwell fell short to Kutztown University 917-805 and wrapped up the day with a 942-860 win over D'Youville University.

Lauren Marks (Parsippany, N.J.) finished in 11th place with a five-round traditional average of 193.80 with a high game of 256. Senior
Rhianna Smith (Mount Olive, N.J.) came in 19th place with a five-round traditional average of 181.20 with a high round of 223. Sophomore
Yoana Hyman-Cruz (Edison, N.J.) rounded out the top performers with a 176.40 traditional average over five rounds with a high game of 190.
The Cougars close out play at the Wildcats Invitational with three best of 7 baker matches on Sunday, February 19. Caldwell opens bracket play against sixth seed Molloy University.
