NEW CASTLE, Del.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team went undefeated with a 5-0 record on Sunday to take second place to close out play at the Griffin Baker Classic hosted by Chestnut Hill College.
 
The Cougars won all five of their matches on Sunday as they defeated Molloy College 876-814 to start the day. The Cougars downed Felician University 939-885 and posted a 961-876 win over Adelphi University. Caldwell added to their win total as the edged host Chestnut Hill 785-775 and closed out the day with a 917-851 win over Felician.
 
Junior Rhianna Smith (Mt Olive, N.J.) led the way with a 19.40 baker average, while senior Jenna Rapach (Hazleton, Pa.) posted an 18.87 baker average.
 
Freshman Paige Clegg (Deptford, N.J.) recorded a baker average of 18.86, while senior Victoria Vucak (Garfield, N.J.) rounded out the top team performers with a baker average of 17.51.
 
The Cougars return to action February 18-19 as they compete in the Wildcats D2-D3 Invitational hosted by Wilmington University.
