GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, N.J.- The Caldwell University men's track and field team saw a pair of records fall as freshman
Kyle Kuren (Woodland Park, N.J.) and freshman
Ervin Chaush (Wallington, N.J.) shined for the Cougars at the Stockton University Osprey Twilight Invitational.
Kuren set his third school record this season as he placed seventh in the hammer throw with a record toss of 36.06 meters.
Chaush set a school record in the discus as he finished in fifth place with a distance of 41.68 meters.
Sophomore
Anthony Gola (Nutley, N.J.) finished in fifth place in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.06, while placing in 13th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 24.91
Senior
Sagar Pangeni (Birendranagar, Nepal) placed 15th in the 400 meter dash with a time of 55.81. Pangeni also took 14th place in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:53.00
Freshman
Chad Manning (Belleville, N.J.) finished in eighth place in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:00.33.
Sophomore
Desmond Marfo (Irvington, N.J.) took 14th place in the 800 with a time of 2:05.76.

Jared Dockett (Bloomfield, N.J.), freshman
Curtis Wright (Glassboro, N.J.) and sophomore
Devin Males (North Arlington, N.J.) finished in second place with a time of 45.29.
The 4x400 meter relay team of Manning, Marfo, Pangeni and Dockett took third place with a time of 3:34.37.
Senior
Denis Gray (Kingston, Jamaica) placed third in the long jump with a distance of 6.21 meters and finished in fourth place in the triple jump with a distance of 13.83 meters.
Dockett took fifth place in the long jump with a distance of 6.00 meters, while Males placed ninth in the long jump with a distance of 5.56 meters.
Freshman
Michael Lehman (Wayne, N.J.) placed ninth in the shot put with a distance of 11.53 meters.
The Cougars conclude their season as they compete in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championship on Friday, May 14.
