LAKEWOOD, N.J.- The Caldwell University men's track and field team saw a pair of records fall as the Cougars finished in seventh place at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championship.
Freshman
Ervin Chaush (Wallington, N.J.) set the school record in the discus as he finished in fourth place with a distance of 42.16 meters. Chaush also posted an eighth place finish in the javelin with a throw of 37.33 meters.
Freshman
Michael Lehman (Wayne, N.J.) set a school record in the shot put as he took seventh place with a distance of 12.27 meters. Lehman also came in fifth place in the hammer with a throw of 31.90 meters. He took 12th place in the discus with a distance of 36.29 meters.
Freshman
Kyle Kuren (Woodland Park, N.J.) finished in 15th place in the shot put with a distance of 9.74 meters.
Senior
Denis Gray (Kingston, Jamaica) placed sixth in the long jump with a distance of 6.23 meters and finished in seventh place in the triple jump with a distance of 13.50 meters.

Desmond Marfo (Irvington, N.J.) took seventh place with a time of 3:38.21.
Manning finished in seventh place in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:00.05, while Marfo crossed the finish line in the 800 with a time of 2:02.94.
Dockett took fifth place in the long jump with a distance of 6.36 meters. Males placed 14th in the long jump with a distance of 5.49 meters.
Junior
Jonathan Grimaldos (Ridgefield, N.J.) took tenth place in the javelin with a throw of 34.42 meters.
Sophomore
Franco Iacovo (Little Falls, N.J.) finished in 11th place in the javelin with a distance of 33.44 meters.
