LODI, N.J.- Caldwell University women's bowling junior
Jenna Rapach (Hazleton, Pa.) earned all-tournament honors as the Cougars closed out play in their season opening tournament at the NY Metro Classic hosted by Felician University. The Cougars improve to 5-3 on the season with three match wins in Sunday.
The Cougars opened the day with a 907-765 win over New Jersey City University and defeated Molloy College 946-868. Caldwell fell to Chestnut Hill College 1,014-874. The Cougars closed out the tournament with a 1,003-848 win over Bloomfield College to finish the day at 3-1 and take second place.
Rapach earned all-tournament honors as she led the Cougars with a 19.69 baker average. Senior
Madison Perry (Hawthorne, N.J.) was right behind Rapach with a 19.65 baker average, while senior
Deanne Murray (McMurray, Pa.) finished with an 18.74 average. Sophomore
Rhianna Smith (Mount Olive, N.J.) rounded out the top finishers with a 16.85 baker average.
The Cougars return to action as they compete in the Northeast Classic February 6-7 in Stratford, N.J.
