HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team posted two wins, including over nationally ranked and 2019 national runner-up Vanderbilt University, as the Cougars competed on the second day of the Hawk Flight Invitational hosted by Monmouth University.
The Cougars lost their first two matches to Felician University 925-837 and Fairleigh Dickinson University 1,085-891. Caldwell defeated New Jersey City University 835-734 and edged nationally ranked #4 Vanderbilt 907-905. The Cougars closed out the second day with a 1,131-861 loss to Duquesne University.

Deanne Murray (McMurray, Pa.) finished with a five-round average of 179.0 with a high round of 210. Sophomore
Jenna Rapach (Hazleton, Pa.) posted a five-round average of 170.8 with a high game of 188.

Victoria Vucak (Garfield, N.J.) finished with a three-round average of 173.0 with a high round of 246. Freshman
Jessica Fetik (Staten Island, N.Y.) recorded a three-way average of 168.3 with a high game of 170.
The Cougars close out play at the Hawk Flight Invitational hosted by Monmouth on Sunday, March 1. Caldwell faces Mercyhurst University in the traditional match to start the day before the tournament moves to a two-round baker bracket. The Cougars enter the final day in tenth place.
