EAST MEADOW, N.Y.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team notched the program's first tournament victory as they closed out play at the Molloy College Invitational on Sunday.
Caldwell posted a 3-2 record on Sunday as they won the tournament with a total pin fall of 4,751. The Cougars improve their season record 40-36 on the season, their best record at this point of the season in program history.
The Cougars dominated the podium as they earned four of the five spots on Sunday's all-tournament team. Senior

Victoria Vucak (Garfield, N.J.) and senior
Amanda Scharf (North Brunswick, N.J.) were recognized as part of the all-tournament team.
The Cougars lost their opening match 922-864 to Kutztown University. Caldwell won three straight as they defeated Molloy College 1,015-903 and Felician University 1,010-903. The Cougars downed St. Thomas Aquinas College 972-689 for their third win of the day. Caldwell came up short to Medaille College 887-880 to close out the competition.
Kulaga led Caldwell on Sunday with as 20.88 baker average. Rapach posted a 20.73 baker average, while Vucak finished with a 19.77 average. Scharf rounded out the top Caldwell bowlers with an 18.63 average
Caldwell return to action March 1-3 as they compete in the Hawk Flight Invitational hosted by Monmouth University on Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
