TOWSON, Md.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team posted a 2-2 record on Saturday to finish in fifth place after day two of the James Brown Invitational hosted by Morgan St. University.
Caldwell finished day two with a total pin fall of 9,214 over the first two days of competition. The Cougars lost their first two matches on Saturday as they fell to Chestnut Hill College 900-868 and Mount St. Mary's University 893-815. Caldwell defeated Bowie State University 951-806 and closed out the day with a 997-804 win over Virginia State University.

Amanda Scharf (North Brunswick, N.J.) led the way for the Cougars with a traditional average of 194. Senior
Jamie Lee Kulaga (West Hazleton, Pa.) posted a traditional average of 187.2, while freshman
Jenna Rapach (Hazleton, Pa.) finished with an average of 172.4. Freshman
Victoria Vucak (Garfield, N.J.) posted a traditional average of 188 over three rounds.
Caldwell concludes play at the James Brown Invitational hosted by Morgan State University on Sunday, February 17. The Cougars enter Sunday's bracket play as the #5 seed and will open the final day of the tournament against #6 St. Francis College Brooklyn.
