EAST HAVEN, Conn.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team competed at the Bowl for the Cure hosted by Sacred Heart University on Saturday.
The Cougars went 1-4 at the tournament as they were edged in their opening match 928-916 by Long Island University. Caldwell won their lone match of the day as they defeated Adelphi University 879-747. The Cougars fell to Molloy College 882-806 and lost to host Sacred Heart 918-801. Caldwell ended the tournament with a 918-858 loss to Bloomfield College.

Madison Perry (Hawthorne, N.J.) finished in ninth place with a traditional average of 177.6 and a high round of 202. Junior
Gabriella Pangaro (Clifton, N.J.) took 12th place with an average of 173.2 and a high round of 205. Sophomore
Jenna Rapach (Hazleton, Pa.) placed 14th with an average of 172.6 with a high round of 201.

Deanne Murray (McMurray, Pa.) finished in 20th place with an average of 165.2 and a high round of 185. Sophomore
Victoria Vucak (Garfield, N.J.) took 21st place with a 163.4 average and a high round of 202.
The Cougars return to action as they compete in the second annual CU Cougar Classic hosted at Rockaway Lanes in Rockaway, N.J.
