FARMINGDALE, N.Y.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team went 1-3 on the final day of the Northeast Conference Meet #2. The Cougars end their conference schedule with a 4-14 NEC record. Caldwell finished in seventh place in the NEC and came up short of qualifying for the NEC Championships next month.
Caldwell played four baker matches on the final day as they opened up with a 953-864 loss to Sacred Heart University. The Cougars came up short to LIU Brooklyn 908-881 and lost to Saint Francis University 884-866. Caldwell closed out conference play with a win as they edged St. Francis Brooklyn 897-893.
The Cougars conclude their season March 2-4 at the Hawk Flight Invitational hosted by Monmouth University.
