EAST HAVEN, Conn.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team competed at the Bowl for the Cure hosted by Sacred Heart University on Saturday.
Caldwell posted a 1-4 record in five traditional matches as they fell 913-827 to LIU Post to start the day. The Cougars defeated Sacred Heart 911-896 but fell to Adelphi University 890-868. Caldwell lost to Molloy College 854-809 and came up short to LIU Brooklyn 886-873.

Amanda Scharf (North Brunswick, N.J.) led the Cougars with a 180 traditional average in five round with a high round of 198. Freshman
Jenna Rapach (Hazleton, Pa.) posted a 173 average with a high round of 211.
Senior
Jamie Lee Kulaga (West Hazleton, Pa.) finished with an average of 172 with a high round of 201, while sophomore
Madison Perry (Hawthorne, N.J.) finished with a 164 average and a high round of 179.
The Cougars will compete in the CU Cougar Classic on Friday, October 26- Sunday, October 28. Caldwell's first-ever home tournament will be held at Rockaway Lanes in Rockaway NJ.
