Box Score WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Caldwell University baseball team came up short to Southern Connecticut St. University 8-7. The Cougars fall to 1-2 on the season, while the Owls improve to 6-3-1.

In the win, junior Paul Marinello (Freehold, N.J.) went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Junior Justin Jeannette (East Hanover, N.J.) collected three hits with one RBI. Freshman Daniel Gregor (Monroe, N.J.) drove in two runs and scored twice. 

The Cougars play a pair of games on Sunday, March 12. Caldwell plays Southern New Hampshire at 11 and American International at 3:30 pm.
