MILLSBORO, Del.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team posted a 4-1 record in traditional play on day two of the Hawk Classic hosted by the University of Maryland-Eastern Shore.
The Cougars fell in their first match of the day with a 932-877 set-back to Kutztown University. Caldwell closed out the second day on a positive note as they won their final four matches. The Cougars defeated Delaware St University 960-940 and host UMES 961-880. Caldwell posted a 994-798 win over Coppin St University and a 920-863 win over Howard University.
Senior
Daniele Roca (Garden City Park, N.Y.) earned All-Tournament honors as she finished in fourth place with a traditional average of 215.80. She posted a high game of 237.
Junior
Amanda Scharf (North Brunswick, N.J.) finished in 17th place with an average of 198.20 and a high game of 206. Junior
Jamie Lee Kulaga (West Hazelton, Pa.) finished with a traditional average of 190.60 with a high game of 198. Senior
Natalie Pedri (Staten Island, N.Y.) rounded out the top performers with an average or 184.40 and a high game of 234.
