ELMWOOD PARK, N.J.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team wrapped up play at the Fairleigh Dickinson University Jamboree with a 1-2 record on the final day of competition. The Cougars move their season record to 15-13.
Caldwell opened the day with an 895-855 win against Felician University before moving the bracket play. In the baker best of 7 bracket play, the Cougars matched up against Felician and fell 4-3. Caldwell wrapped up play against Kutztown University and lost the best of seven baker match 4-2.
Junior
Daniele Roca (Garden City Park, N.Y.) led the Cougars with a baker average of 18.71, while sophomore
Amanda Scharf (North Brunswick, N.J.) chipped in with a 17.85 baker average.
Sophomore
Jamie Lee Kulaga (West Hazelton, Pa.) turned in a baker average of 16.97, while sophomore
Alexis Policastro (Carteret, N.J.) rounded out the top performers with a 16.05 baker average on Sunday.
The Cougars return to the lanes for the Northeast Conference Meet #1 on Saturday, December 3 and Sunday, December 4 in Wallingford, CT.
