READING, Pa.- The Caldwell University women's bowling team concluded play at the Baker Invitational with three more wins in Day Two of the event hosted by Kutztown University. The Cougars competed in five matches as they posted a 3-2 record. Overall on the season, Caldwell has a 6-5 record in match play.
Caldwell won their first two matches on Day Two as they defeated Daemen 833-692 and Thiel 846-674. The Cougars lost to Adelphi 895-823 but downed Medaille 811-655. In their final match of the day, Caldwell lost to Mt. Aloysius 850-811.
Freshman
Emily McLaughlin (Seaford, NY) totaled 891 pins with her two best games totaling 200 and 190. Freshman
Jamie Kulaga (West Hazelton, PA) followed with 864 pins with her top scores being 222 and 174. Sophomore
Daniele Roca (Garden City Park, NY) was third on the team with 827 pins with her top scored being 181 and 170.
The Cougars are back in action on Saturday, October 24 as they will compete in the Bowl for the Cure Tournament hosted by Sacred Heart University.
