Box Score POMONA, N.Y. – The Caldwell College baseball team dropped a non-conference game to St. Thomas Aquinas College, 20-7 Tuesday afternoon at Provident Bank Park. The Cougars are now 4-21 on the season, while the Spartans improve to 25-12.

Dominick Mangarella (East Brunswick, NJ/Bishop Ahr) hit a three-run double in the top of the sixth to make the score 7-5 STAC. But the Spartans put the game out of reach with 10 runs in the bottom of the sixth. Freshman

Andrew Nunez (East Elmhurst, NY/Cardozo) allowed senior
Stephen Dodd (Milford, PA/Delaware Valley) to score in the ninth.
Nunez went 3-for-5 in the game, while sophomore
Mike LaTorraca (West Caldwell, NJ/James Caldwell) had two hits.
