LOWER OXFORD TWP., Pa., -- Senior catcher
Chris Bayo (Miami) capped a five-run first with a two-run double and freshman right fielder Isaiah Robinson (Franklin Twp., N.J.) had four hits, scored five runs and stole four bases as Caldwell University baseball complete a three-game CACC series sweep with a 15-10 triumph over Lincoln at LU Baseball Complex on Monday.
The Cougars (17-24, 14-18 CACC) got on the board early when senior 2B
Stephen Young Jr. (Middlesex, N.J.) doubled in Robinson, followed by RBI by senior LF
Jimmy Kurtz (Buena, N.J.) and junior CF
Jimmy Turchi (Bridgewater, N.J.).
Young brought in another run on a hit in the second before senior 1B
Chris Hopf (Middlesex, N.J.) lifted his 13th home run of the year over the fence, tying the school single-season record set by Adric Saxon in 2007, for a 7-2 Cougars lead in the third.Â

The Lions would cut a 12-2 deficit to 12-8 in the seventh, but CU answered with three in the eighth, capped by a two-run single by senior 3B
