PHILADELPHIA -- Junior attack Michael Spitz (Ringwood, N.H.) had a goal and two assists, pacing Caldwell men's lacrosse as the Cougars fell, 26-5, at Chestnut Hill in a CACC matchup at Victory Field on Saturday.

Spitz, junior defender James McCarthy (Middletown, N.J.), 
junior attack Spencer Knapp (Point Pleasant, N.J.), soph MF Josue Perdomo (Newark, N.J.) and senior attack Gavin Starr (Montgomery, N.Y.) scored the Cougars goals, and senior midfielder Zakkery Glatfelter (New Oxford, Pa.) notched two assists.

McCarthy collected a game-high seven ground balls.

Senior netminder Edwin Himmel-Maines (Delta, Pa.) made 15 saves for the Cougars (1-8, 1-4 CACC).

Caldwell hosts Holy Family on Senior Day next Saturday at Kiwanis Oval at 11 a.m.
