CALDWELL, N.J. -- Senior SS Vin Vargas (Maywood, N.J.) and freshman RF Nick Bailey (Neptune, N.J.) each had two-run doubles as Caldwell baseball fell, 14-4, in a CACC contest vs. Wilmington at Kiwanis Oval.

Bailey ripped his two-bagger to left-center in the fifth, while Vargas lined his dwn the left field line to plate two in the seventh.

Senior righty Akkash Santiago (Toms River, N.J.), sophomore righty Luis De Leon (Bogota, N.J.) and freshman righthander David Steward (Pennington, N.J.; in his collegiate debut) all pitched scoreless innings of relief.

Caldwell next hosts Georgian Court on Wednesday in a CACC doubleheader at Kiwanis Oval at 2 p.m.
