Tiana Cipot collected three ground balls and three caused turnovers as Caldwell women's lacrosse fell, 21-3, in a CACC matchup at undefeated Wilmington (8-0, 1-0 CACC) at WU Athletics Complex on Saturday.
George's goal came unassisted four minutes into the game. She assisted on the Cougars' next goal, by freshman midfielder
Gianna Camporeale (Forked River, N.J.) in the second.
Senior midfielder
Meghan Korzevinski (New Hyde Park, N.Y.) scored in the fourth and is now eighth all-time in goals (54) and tied for eighth in points (75) in Caldwell history.
The Cougars (1-3, 0-1) next host Southern Connecticut on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Kiwanis Oval.
