CALDWELL, NJ -- Senior guard/forward Lucy Coogan (Kilkenny, Ireland) and junior point guard Jah'Nel Lewis (Jersey City, N.J.) combined for 38 points to lead women's basketball (14-6, 7-5 CACC) to a pivotal 62-52 win over CACC rival Felician (13-6, 8-4 CACC) at the Newman Center.

Coogan had another huge game, posting her fourth consecutive double-double with 22 points and a season-high 15 rebounds. Lewis dropped 16 big ones to finish behind Coogan.

Junior guard Neysa Aguilar (Middlesex, N.J.) was the third Cougar to put up double digit numbers, scoring 13 points 

After Felician went on an 8-0 run to begin the second half and retake the lead, Caldwell scored seven straight points of their own to take control of the game. 

Felician cut it to six late (53-47) but the Cougars were able to make their free throws to seal the victory.

Caldwell will welcome Georgian Court on Saturday at 1 PM.
