Toure Stands Out In Cougars Debut As Men's Cross Country Takes Seventh at Stevens 'Back to the Bowl'

Kudla, Molyneux Also Top 50 in Season Opening Meet

HOLMDEL, N.J. -- Freshman Mo Toure (Hamilton, N.J.) opened his college career in fine style, leading the way for Caldwell with a 26th place finish in 18:34.4 as the Cougars men's cross country team began its 2025 season with a seventh-place finish at the Stevens 'Back to the Bowl' Invitational at Holmdel Park on Saturday morning.

Toure was followed by junior Logan Kudla (Bloomfield, N.J.) at 47th in 19:52, followed right behind by soph Luke Molyneux (Ocean Township, N.J.) in 48th at 19:59. Freshman Bryant Gordon (Bloomfield, N.J.) in 53rd (20:25.0) and soph Nick Montiel (Totowa, N.J.) in 61st at 21:10.05).

Wagner's Florian Henry won the race in 16:05.9.
