WEST CHESTER, PA -- Senior captain outside hitter Wyette Schubert-Brown (Chatsworth, N.J.) had a team-high nine kills as CU (0-9) fell to the West Chester University of Pennsylvania Golden Rams (8-1) 3-0 at Kane Delaney Court.

Freshman setter Sienna Reddell (Roseville, Calif.) led the Cougars with 16 assists. Senior setter captain Jordan Mack (Yorba Linda, California) posted 14 assists. Senior DS Torrien Jones (Camp Springs, Md.) paced the defense with nine digs.

In the first set, WCU was up 24-16 but Caldwell went on a 7-0 run to cut the deficit to 24-23. The Golden Rams would finish off the set on the next play.

Each set was closely contested with WCU's largest set victory a 25-21 margin in the second set.


Lacie Brown of West Chester collected a game-high 22 assists.

The Cougars will return to CACC action when they travel to face Felician University in Rutherford, N.J. on Tuesday at 7 PM.
