NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Today 220 Caldwell University student-athletes were named to the Central Atlantic Athletic Conference (CACC) Fall 2024 Academic Honor Roll, the league announced. Included in that total are 24 student-athletes who achieved the highest award, the FAR Award of Distinction Level for a perfect 4.0 GPA during the Fall 2024 semester.

Leading the way in total number of honorees are the women's soccer and men's soccer squads, both with 29. Among coach Sammy Adjei's women's booters, eight earned the top FAR Award honor.

This is the highest number of Caldwell student-athletes ever on the Honor Roll, surpassing the 184 in Spring 2024 and 167 in Fall 2023. Note that since it applies to CACC sponsored sports only, acrobatics & tumbling and sprint football are not included in the totals.

Also, if a student-athlete is on two or more rosters, they are included in each team's total, but are counted only once in the overall number of 220. Eleven honored student-athletes were on rosters during Fall 2024 for a total of 12 multiples.

Those who earned a 3.50-3.99 GPA were placed at the Presidents' Level, while a 3.0-3.49 put the recipient at the Commissioner's Level.
