CALDWELL, N.J. -- Sophomore forward
Aimar Carter (Clifton, N.J.) recorded his second and third goals of the season as Caldwell Men's Soccer (4-2-1, 3-0-0) defeated the Goldey-Beacom Lightning in a conference battle (3-5-0, 2-1-0) 3-1 at Caldwell Athletics Field. Carter's second goal in the 90th minute helped to seal the win for Caldwell.

Aimar Carter's goals.
Junior midfielder
Ingebrigt Braenden (Trondheim, Norway) got the Cougars on the board early with a goal in the fourth minute. Sophomore defender
Jakub Cielak (Brzeznica, Poland) picked up his second assist of the season on Braenden's strike.
Caldwell outshot Goldey-Beacom 19-14 and had nine more shots on goal than the Lightning. Sophomore
Justin Talbot (Moorestown, N.J.) (four saves) played well to help his teammates earn another victory.
The Cougars will travel to play Wilmington University in Delaware next Saturday at 2:30 PM. Caldwell will be looking for their fourth straight conference win.
