RUTHERFORD, NJ  -- Freshman forward Val Monge (North Plainfield, N.J.) scored her first two collegiate goals as Caldwell Women's Soccer (4-2-1, 2-0-0) defeated Felician (0-5-2, 0-1-0) 4-0 in a CACC contest at Tryon Field. Freshman defender Ayla Fraser (Passaic, N.J.) collected her first assist of the season on Monge's goal in the 26th minute.

Junior forward Rosio Cardenas (Forked River, N.J.) found the back of the net for her second consecutive game on a pinpoint corner kick pass from graduate student forward Kelly Weaver (Forked River, N.J.). 

Senior forward Melissa Martinez (Elizabeth, N.J.) capped off the Cougars barrage in the 83rd minute with her fourth goal this season. Freshman forward Ana Pinzon (Medellin, Colombia) picked up her third assist in the last four games on Martinez's goal. 

Caldwell overwhelmed Felician on offense with 16 shots on goal to the Golden Falcons two. Junior goalkeeper Ariana Gaminara (Las Vegas) (two saves) earned her second shutout win of the season.

The Cougars will host Goldey-Beacom College in a "Cougars Around Campus" game on Saturday at 11 AM. They will be looking to extend their winning streak to three games.
