CALDWELL, N.J. -- Graduate forward Andre Vieira (Union, N.J.) scored two goals and freshman forward Aimar Carter (Clifton, N.J.) and senior midfielder Murilo DeOliveira (Sao Paulo, Brazil) had one each, but Caldwell fell in a CACC matchup with Felician, 7-4, at Kiwanis Oval.

The Cougars outshot the Golden Falcons, 16-14, but the visitors found the back of the net seven times in handing Caldwell (5-1, 1-1 CACC) its first defeat of the season.

After Felician (4-1-1, 3-0) took an early 1-0 lead in the fifth minute, Vieira took a long feed from freshman F Melvin Guanga (Haverstraw, N.Y.) for the equalizer. The Golden Falcons would score twice before the Cougars answered back on Vieira's second marker of the game for a 3-2 halftime deficit.

Two goals by Felician in the first six minutes of the second half pushed FU's lead to 5-2, but when Carter put one in in the 54th minute, Caldwell was back within two.

But the Golden Falcons struck right back with two more markers, with DeOliveira's 70th minute tally on a feed from sophomore defender Joe Guallpa (Belleville, N.J.) providing the final margin.

Freshman GK Justin Talbot (Moorestown, N.J.) played the final 30 minutes in net for CU, recording one save and not allowing any goals.

CU next visits Holy Family on Saturday in Philadelphia in a CACC contest at 2:30 p.m.
