Murilo DeOliveira (Sao Paulo, Brazil), put the Cougars up, 1-0. Just six minutes later, Braeden took a feed from Dos Santos Neto to double the Cougars' advantage at halftime.
The Cougars kept up the pressure, totalling 18 shots to 11 by the hosts. Dos Santos Neto scored in the 67th minute, assisted by senior midfielder
Alex Spencer (St. Andrew, Jamaica) for the final margin.
The Cougars moved to 2-0 on the season for the first time since 2011, when they blanked Concord University and East Stroudsburg University in the ESU Tournament.
Caldwell returns to action on Wednesday in its home opener vs. Bloomsburg at 4 p.m. at Caldwell Athletic Field.
