BLOOMFIELD, N.J.- Caldwell University women's volleyball junior
Amanda Schiltz (Durham, N.C.) registered three total blocks as the Cougars fell to Bloomfield College 3-0 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference contest.
The Cougars fall to 4-9 overall and 3-4 in the CACC, while the Bears improve to 6-4 and 5-0 in conference play.
The teams battled through three competitive sets as the Bears won 25-20, 25-19 and 25-22.
Schiltz registered a match-high three total blocks along with a team-high seven kills. Junior
Reese Sherwood (Salem Ore.) added seven kills, eight assists, 13 digs and two total blocks, while senior
Mary Grace Hartmann (Cutchogue, N.Y.) finished with five kills and two blocks.
Graduate
Shayna Saltzman (Pine Beach, N.J.) totaled 14 assists and 10 digs, while graduate
Humiko Stormer (Luckey, Ohio) posted 10 digs.
Caldwell travels to Holy Family University for a CACC match on Saturday, October 1 at 11 am.
