CALDWELL, N.J.- The Caldwell University women's soccer team came up short 1-0 to Thomas Jefferson University in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference contest.
The Cougars fall to 2-5-2 overall and 1-2-1 in the CACC, while the Rams improve to 5-3-0 and 4-0-0 in conference play.
Thomas Jefferson got on the board in the 26
th minute of play with a goal to take a 1-0 lead. The Rams held the advantage in shots 10-3 and shots on goal 6-1.
Freshman
Ariana Gaminara (North Las Vegas, Nev.) posted three saves in 54 minutes, while senior
Erin Emery (Teaneck, N.J) recorded two saves in 36 minutes.
The Cougars travel to the University of Bridgeport in a CACC contest on Tuesday, September 27 at 6 pm.
